A tier‑1 investment bank is looking for 2 Oracle EBS specialists to support and enhance its Financials landscape. Both roles are initial 6‑month contracts, based in Central London with hybrid working (2 days per week on-site). There will be a natural crossover, so please do apply if either (or both) are appropriate.
Functional Responsibilities
* Support Oracle EBS Financials (GL, AP, FA, EBTax) across BAU and projects.
* Lead functional design, configuration and requirement gathering.
* Translate business needs into clear functional specs and support UAT.
* Troubleshoot functional issues and guide users through resolutions.
* Provide user training and support for rollouts/enhancements.
Technical Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain interfaces, integrations and customisations.
* Deliver technical design, build, testing and deployment activities.
* Translate functional requirements into technical specs.
* Troubleshoot technical issues across code, data flows and integrations.
* Ensure data integrity and alignment with Oracle EBS R12 standards.
Requirements
* Strong Oracle EBS R12 Financials experience (GL, AP, FA).
* SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Workflow, OAF, Unix, APEX, Java, AME, OIC.
* Full lifecycle implementation and production support background.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Knowledge of Accounting Principles would be a bonus.
