We are currently recruiting a Work Coach (EO2) for our client based in Bangor. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.
Start date: 16th January
Rate of pay: £15.83
Duration: 3/29/2026 with possible extension
Hours of work: 37
Key Responsibilities:
Working as a Work Coach – The Work Coach provides regular advice, guidance, coaching, and information to our claimants. Empowering them to become, where feasible, self-sufficient in their journey towards work, better work, or increased earnings. The Work Coach’s role is to offer the right choices and level of support to meet the needs of each individual customer. With a broad range of claimant groups, it is vital that the Work Coach has the skill and knowledge to deliver an effective, proactive, and empathetic service.
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
1. 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English & 2 A levels (Proof of certs required)
2. 12 – 18 months admin experience
3. Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
4. Excellent communication skills.
