Job Title: Resourcing Advisor
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne office, hybrid working pattern (3 days in office, 2 days from home).
What you'll be doing
* Support the recruitment of talented professionals across Defra and its ALBs, delivering high-quality candidate‑focused recruitment services.
* Manage recruitment campaigns from start to finish, ensuring activities comply with Civil Service Recruitment Principles.
* Provide guidance to hiring managers, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support onboarding processes, promote Defra's Employer Value Proposition, and respond to recruitment queries via the Query Resolution service.
* Champion a positive candidate experience through empathetic communication and proactive support, helping to attract a diverse workforce.

Pay rate: 15.39 per hour
Hours: 09:00 to 17:00, 37 hours per week
Location: Newcastle, hybrid working pattern.
