Duties and Responsibilities: Ensuring an excellent standard of customer service is delivered at all times. Ensuring the stock is efficiently managed, with good organisation skills. Store is attractively displayed, and pricing is correct on a daily basis. Ensuring stock loss, man-hours and costs are controlled efficiently. Support the Manager with recruitment, training, development and performance of all staff. Communicating effectively with and fully supporting the Store Manager to ensure key information is shared to ensure best practice and achievement of company objectives. Ensuring the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and merchandising are upheld within the shop. Maintaining the security of the shop premises, stock and all shop monies. Completing and submitting all necessary paperwork to the Director and Manager. Skills/Qualifications/Experience: Relevant experience of Supervisor role. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Bachelor/master’s degree or a related study.
