Domiciliary Care Branch Manager
Location: Hull
Salary: £36,000 – £45,000 per annum + Performance Bonus
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Domiciliary Care Branch Manager to join a well-established and growing home care provider in Hull.
This role is ideal for a strong leader with a proven background in domiciliary care management, operational oversight, compliance, and team development. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring high-quality care delivery, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the domiciliary care branch
* Ensure the service operates in line with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements
* Lead, manage, and support office staff and care teams
* Drive branch growth through effective recruitment, retention, and business development strategies
* Monitor and improve service quality, client satisfaction, and care standards
* Manage branch performance, budgets, and KPIs
* Conduct audits, spot checks, and quality assurance processes
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals
* Ensure safe staffing levels and effective rota management
* Support with staff training, supervision, and performance management
Requirements
* Previous experience managing a domiciliary care service
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards
* Proven leadership and people management experience
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage operational performance and achieve targets
* Full UK driving licence preferred
