Salary: £38,682 - £46,580 FTE per annum dependent on experience (salary will be pro rata for part time employees)
A Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle is essential for this role

About Us
East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) ensures the best possible quality of life and makes every moment count for children and families across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk. Our family‑centred approach includes specialist nursing care, symptom management nursing, short breaks, wellbeing activities, therapies, care at end of life, bereavement support, counselling and volunteer services in the family home; all meeting the individual needs of the child, young person and whole family.
In 2020, all three of our hospices – The Nook (Norfolk), The Treehouse (Ipswich) and Milton (Cambridge) – were rated OUTSTANDING by the Care Quality Commission.
We have a talented workforce of staff and volunteers in Care, Fundraising, Retail, Facilities, IT, Finance, Marketing & Communications and Human Resources, and are over 440 employees strong with a team of more than 2,000 volunteers across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
You will be a point of contact for symptom management issues for professionals and existing teams in health, social care and education services across the statutory and voluntary sectors.

Qualifications
* Registered Nurse (Child, Adult or Learning Disabilities) with at least 2 years experience caring for babies, children or young people in an acute, community, palliative or complex needs setting
* Committed to making a real difference to the lives of babies, children and young people with life‑threatening conditions, and their families
* Committed to your own continuing professional development
