As the eCommerce Business Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving UK sales for search. You will be the commercial owner of search & navigation, setting the direction for optimizing performance and enhancing the customer experience. You will lead new initiatives and ideas to improve conversion and funnel metrics across the site.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Collaborating with key stakeholders to set commercial priorities and manage workload.
2. Owning trading strategies across search, navigation, sort orders, attribution, and SEO, serving as a subject matter expert.
3. Working with other ecommerce functions such as International and Total Platform to align on developments and strategies.
4. Analyzing performance metrics, user behavior, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize the sales funnel.
5. Using A/B testing and data-driven approaches to refine the customer journey.
6. Ensuring alignment across ecommerce teams, setting priorities for SEO, marketing, and data initiatives.
