The successful candidate will provide high‑level, proactive support to the Board of Directors and two Directors, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of executive activities. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage complex diaries, schedules, and meeting arrangements for the Board and Directors. Prepare agendas, briefing packs, reports, and presentations to a high professional standard. Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for internal and external engagements. Act as the primary point of contact between the Directors and internal/external stakeholders. Track actions, deadlines, and priorities to ensure timely follow‑through.
