The Role: You will support solicitors in handling a busy caseload of credit hire claims, dealing with both claimant and defendant matters. This role requires a confident individual capable of managing files from instruction through to settlement, with a focus on delivering results and providing excellent client service. Key Responsibilities: Manage your own caseload of credit hire files under supervision. Draft pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence. Liaise with clients, insurers, counsel, and third parties. Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries. Attend court hearings and conferences when required. Ensure compliance with relevant court deadlines and procedures. About You: Minimum of 1 years experience working in credit hire or motor claims litigation. Strong understanding of credit hire law and litigation processes. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Confident communicator with good drafting ability.
