Nuco Solutions are recruiting a confident Customer Service Team Leader to lead a busy Domestic Gas customer service team at a head office in Cheam.You’ll manage and support a team of CSOs, ensuring customers receive a fast, professional, and high-quality service across phone, email, and live chat.This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach, motivate, and drive performance every day.
