Role: Service Desk Technician
1. Be the first point of contact for all IT-related incidents and service requests.
2. Perform remote troubleshooting and determine appropriate solutions based on customer information.
3. Provide excellent customer service with good IT technical skills.
4. Accurately capture and handle all calls with the goal of resolving as many as possible at first contact (first-time fix).
5. Ensure service levels and targets are met, along with customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery.
6. Work a regular shift pattern including out-of-hours support via an on-call rota to support NHIS supported organizations 24/7, including bank holidays.
