Hybrid – Central London, 3 days a week in office and 2 from home
Salary - £60-65k + bonus
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Amazon and Marketplace Manager to join the European team of a premium audio brand. This hybrid role is based in London and offers the opportunity to take ownership of the company’s marketplace presence across Europe.
Reporting to Senior Leadership, this role will be responsible for driving growth and operational excellence across Amazon and other key European marketplaces (e.g. Bol.com, Otto). The successful candidate will be a hands-on ecommerce specialist with strong marketplace expertise, capable of executing day-to-day operations while shaping long-term marketplace strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management & Growth
* Create, manage and optimise product listings across multiple European marketplaces to meet or exceed sales targets
* Own the end-to-end marketplace experience, ensuring accuracy, consistency and best-in-class execution
* Identify and evaluate new marketplace opportunities across Europe
Content & Brand Experience
* Coordinate the creation and optimisation of A+ content and Brand Stores, working cross-functionally with designers and local European marketing teams
* Monitor and enhance brand exposure, content quality and overall marketplace health
Performance & Advertising
* Plan, execute and optimise marketplace advertising campaigns to drive sales and profitability
* Monitor, analyse and report on marketplace KPIs, sales performance and trends
Operations & Compliance
* Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock availability
* Ensure full compliance with marketplace policies, guidelines and best practices
* Stay informed on marketplace updates, including fee structures, algorithms and merchandising tools
* Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues through testing and marketplace support tickets
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Essential
* Hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
* Strong operational understanding of Amazon marketplace tools and processes
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketplace and sales data
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Ability to perform under pressure and meet critical deadlines
Desirable
* Interest in the audio or consumer electronics industry
* Experience trading Local Eu Marketplaces (Bol.com, Otto, Allegro etc.)
* Would love a Native Speaker of an additional EU Language (German, French, Spanish or Italian)
* Experience managing additional European marketplaces beyond Amazon
