Responsibilities will include analysing incoming waste streams, supporting process plant operations, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations, and providing technical guidance to optimise operational efficiency and customer service. You'll work closely with operational teams to ensure waste is processed safely and effectively while maintaining high standards across laboratory and site activities. SITE CHEMIST ESSENTIAL SKILLS HNC in Chemistry or equivalent qualification Knowledge of hazardous waste management and chemical handling Experience working within laboratory or process environments Understanding of Health & Safety and Environmental legislation Ability to assess operational and environmental risks Strong communication and teamwork skills Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Experience within environmental services, waste management, or chemical processing environments is advantageous TO BE CONSIDERED: Please either apply through this advert or email me directly via beth.allen@hirecracker.com.
