Multi-Spindle Automatic Lathe Machine Setter
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
Pay: £15–£18 per hour (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced Multi-Spindle Automatic Lathe Machine Setter looking for a new opportunity with a well-established and growing manufacturer? stable employment, competitive pay, and the chance to be part of a respected global supplier of precision-engineered threaded inserts.
As part of their continued growth, they expanding their manufacturing capacity and looking for skilled individuals with experience in setting and maintaining multi-spindle automatic lathes—particularly Davenport machines.
Key Responsibilities of Multi-Spindle Automatic Lathe Machine Setter:
* Maintenance setting and full changeovers on manual and automatic Davenport multi-spindle machines
* Perform setup and tool changes to ensure efficient machine operation
* Support and mentor existing team members as needed
* Work within a quality-controlled ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 production environment
* Help maintain high standards of productivity and product quality
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience with multi-spindle lathe setting, ideally Davenport machines
* Strong understanding of machining processes and mechanical aptitude
* Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
* Team player with a proactive and reliable attitude
What We Offer:
* Hourly rate: £15–£18, depending on experience
* Relocation package available for the right candidate
* 6-monthly bonus (subject to qualifying period and criteria)
* 37.5 hours per week with regular overtime available
Rotating shift pattern:
* Week 1: Mon–Fri, 7:00am–2:30pm
* Week 2: Mon–Thu, 2:00pm–10:00pm; Fri, 2:00pm–7:30pm
