Job Overview
IT User Services are the central point of contact for all technology-related incidents, service requests, and queries. The End User Compute Support Analyst provides first and second line support for NHSBSA employees, triaging incidents and requests, ensuring service levels and customer satisfaction are met, while maintaining system integrity and security.

Main Duties
* Diagnose and resolve hardware/software incidents, escalate as needed
* Assist users with ICT incidents
* Own issues, perform analysis, and implement fixes
* Maintain knowledge base and documentation
* Install and configure ICT equipment
* Provide excellent customer service
* Attend training to stay updated
* Build relationships across the organization
* Support system enhancements and fault resolutions
* Communicate technical info effectively
