Job Description To manage the recruitment, on/off boarding, and mobilisation of resources within the project. This post will also be responsible for administrating the TQ process and act as the conduit between SPoC in the MoD, DRDL and RRDL teams. They will be helping in the implementation and use of various project processes on the project, as required. Results are primarily achieved through following process and adhering to the gate process when bringing people onto the project. They use formal processes and tools to manage resources, capture budgets, and changes. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Oversee resource lifecycle Coordinate interfaces between teams and external DP’s Responsible for ensuring relevant stakeholders are aware of resources. Maintain and act on a live register of Technical Queries and Request for Information. Ensure assumptions / change process’ are adhered to Expected to manage themselves and the process’ they are adhering to. Responsible for assisting the hiring managers through the recruitment process.
