Moose Knuckles is looking to add a Back of House Lead to our crew You will play an integral piece
in the coaching and training of our back of house associates, ensuring profitable sales growth
through inventory management, receiving and front of house support. We are looking for
someone with a good sense of priorities, attention to detail, team management experience,
ambition and driven by results. You are a leader with a will to succeed? We want you in our team
Some of What You'll Do:
* Create a back of house experience that enhances the journey for customers and sales associates
* Be the expert. Know your product, why it's cool, how it's made, and why they should buy
* Manage your back of house team through effective development, observation and coaching it
* Keep the back of house looking fresh and maintain that Moose Knuckles standard of product care, respect and organization.
* Understanding the importance of diversity and inclusion and how it plays a role in our day to day interactions with each other and with customers

Some of What You'll Need:
* At least one year of working experience in a fashion retailer
* Luxury back of house experience an asset
* Strong communication and teamwork
* Attention to detail a must
* Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory, loss prevention and health and safety
* Dynamic, customer oriented (service isn't just for sales associates)
* Back of house managed to enhance store sales and profitability
* Professional attitude and behavior; versatile, proactive and the ability to work under pressure
