CV Components is the CV division of Alliance Automotive Group, comprising over 30 branches who provide commercial vehicle parts, tools & equipment, to all segments of the automotive industry. These include independent repair centres, national retailers, fast-fit chains, fleet operators, leasing companies, fleet maintenance companies, and emergency service fleets.
We are currently looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team.
As Parts Advisor, you will be involved in all areas of the branch and its operation; however, your focus will be maintaining and expanding the local customer base.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Taking orders over the telephone, upselling to increase invoice value.
2. Outbound calling to raise customer awareness and achieve higher sales.
3. Building long-term rapport with local customers.
4. Actively promote offers, discounts, and customer competitions.
5. Limiting credits and returns by ordering and sending the right parts, first time.
To be successful in this role you will need to be:
1. Punctual, organised, and efficient whilst working towards deadlines.
2. Pro-active and enthusiastic when speaking with customers.
3. Able to demonstrate empathy towards customers.
4. Professional and possess excellent communication skills.
