Bela Recruitment is hiring a Area Sales Representative - Depot based in Belfast, Co.Antrim, Northern Ireland.
The area you would cover is roughly North Belfast to Larne to Ballymena to Crumlin.

Job Salary: £38,000 - £45,000+ achievable bonus + Car + Expenses + Pension + Professional Development + Growth Prospects.

This job will be working for a trusted and respected company, where you will ensure industry-leading service & sales to customers in your area.
Responsibilities
* Grow sales in your area & manage key accounts by promoting products & service.
* Ensure exceptional service to clients via regular contact and ensuring service delivery.
* Contribute to sales campaigns and gather information on the local construction market.
* Spend on average 4+ days per week in the field with clients, discussing their needs, promoting products & service.
* Follow-up all leads, negotiate and close new business.
* Work closely with internal sales & marketing teams.
* Always ensure excellent levels of customer service.
Requirements
* Experience of selling into the construction sector in NI, knowledge in the NI construction market is highly desirable.
* Full driving licence.
* Must be self-motivated, sales-focused and can work independently.
* Have the desire to hit sales targets to earn commission & while providing excellent customer service & driving brand loyalty.
* You need fantastic people skills, good IT skills and ability to track all activity on a CRM system.
