Responsibilities:
* Guide and mentor team members, overseeing task allocation, skills development and regular feedback.
* Review and refine internal workflows to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
* Handle client communication, ensuring queries are addressed quickly and professionally.
* Contribute to planning, compliance work and wider business initiatives alongside senior leaders.
