Pet Hub Team Leader About the role We currently have an opportunity for a Pet Hub Team Leader to join our team. You will be responsible for effectively leading and managing the warehouse floor and goods-in operation within the Pet Hub. You will also support the Operations Manager in achieving and exceeding all depot KPIs, targets, and objectives. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Pet Hub warehouse floor and goods-in operation. Ensure efficient stock handling and compliance with company standards. Support the Operations Manager in achieving depot KPIs and objectives. Drive productivity and maintain high standards of customer service. Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching and training. Ensure health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or wholesale environment. Must have experience in the specialist pet market. Exceptional knowledge of pet product areas. Highly organised with strong planning and prioritisation skills. Excellent time management abilities. Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Empathetic and empowering leadership style with clear delegation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening skills.
