Elevation Recruitment Group is excited to be working with a successful, Rotherham-based business, seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team.
As a Customer Service Administrator, your duties will include:
* Providing support to customers, installers, and end-users via email and telephone
* Providing accurate advice on all company product ranges, including resolving product inquiries
* Helping to maintain and update the company database
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in manufacturing or engineering is preferred, but full training on company products will be provided
* Confidence in handling high volumes of calls
* Excellent customer service skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
