The role
Responsible for the end-to-end processing and investigation of claims, ensuring all claims are valid, accurately processed, and settled within agreed timescales. Provides clear guidance and advice to clients throughout the claims lifecycle.
Key Accountabilities
1. Review, analyse, and manage the production of claims statistics, including Earned to Incurred and triangulation reports.
2. Assess and advise the business on territory and/or product-related issues impacting performance.
3. Deliver detailed claims analytics, including trend analysis, policy issue identification, and demographic studies.
4. Review claims authority levels to ensure they are appropriate and aligned with business requirements.
5. Monitor claims service performance proactively, challenging where necessary to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and delivery of value-added services.
