Administrator Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator and Receptionist to join an established Food Manufacturing business based in Alton. This is a full time, temporary ongoing position. Responsibilities as an Administrator & Receptionist: - Greeting visitors, ensuring all paperwork and ID is complete - First point of contact for incoming calls - Prepare any postal requirements - Overseeing the admin inbox - Search and price sundry items form current and new suppliers - Support the finance team with purchase orders and report running - Carry out office filing duties - Assist with clerical tasks for other departments - Support with any other general administrative duties Requirements: - Previous administration experience - Enthusiastic and bubbly demeanour - Available immediately - Confident Microsoft user - Excellent verbal and written communication skills The Role: - Temporary ongoing position - Potential for a permanent position for the right candidate - Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm - £12.50 per hour pay If you are interested in this Administrator & Receptionist role, please apply with an up to date CV or get in contact with Jemma at Pertemps...
