Our Architecture team has a great opportunity for a contract Senior/Architectural Technician to join the business, working on exciting and highly regulated projects in sectors including Defence, Custodial, and Life Science.
As a Senior/Architectural Technician, you will have experience in RIBA stage 4 (Detailed Design) and an understanding of stages 0-7, with a proven track record of delivering coordinated construction drawing packages using the latest design software.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, generating high-quality, accurate, and detailed design packages, understanding industry-standard software and information management techniques, and delivering high-quality outputs.
This hybrid role requires one day in the office with the rest remote, and occasional onsite presence may be needed.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver discrete packages of work under the supervision of a Senior Architect.
2. Contribute to the development and mentoring of early-career staff and departmental capabilities.
3. Manage Architectural CAD involvement in small to medium projects, overseeing time, cost, quality, and delivery.
4. Provide architectural design support across various projects.

Candidate Profile
* Proficient in Revit.
* Experience in detailed design within Life Sciences, Custodial, or Defence sectors.
* Understanding of technical specifications (production is a plus).
* Strong technical detailing skills in Revit across project phases.
* Experience in architectural model delivery in a consultancy environment.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Willingness and ability to obtain SC clearance for relevant sectors.
