As a senior team member, you will provide efficient, accurate, and friendly service to colleagues and customers. You will support your team, identify process improvements, demonstrate initiative, judgement, and certainty. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Pensions legislation, regulatory, and HMRC requirements. You will also take on responsibilities such as training, coaching, and representing the team on projects.
Business Functions:
Equiniti supports UK’s prominent brands and public sector organizations in managing complex, regulated administration for pensions, payroll, and payments. Our services are mission-critical but not core to our clients’ operations, allowing them to focus on their main activities. We support over 8 million pension scheme members and pay over £21bn annually. We work with major pension schemes including the NHS and Armed Forces Veterans.
Core duties and responsibilities:
1. Provide administration services to customers, adhering to service levels and quality targets.
2. Complete, check, and audit casework; provide feedback, coaching, and training to colleagues.
3. Engage with client contacts to resolve complex customer inquiries using pension knowledge.
4. Provide technical guidance to the team, support swiftly when needed, and identify process improvements to enhance output and customer service.
Skills, Attributes, and Behaviour:
1. Minimum 12 months of experience in senior pensions administration.
2. Excellent attention to detail and adherence to processes.
3. Strong communication skills (written and oral) and a commitment to customer service.
4. Proven track record of quality, timely delivery, and strong numeracy and literacy skills.
5. Ability to develop positive working relationships.
6. Strong IT skills and willingness to learn new systems.
