We're currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller to join a well-established precision engineering company based in the Luton area. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-quality manufacturing environment producing precision components to tight tolerances.
The Role:
* Setting, operating, and programming CNC milling machines
* Working with materials including aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel
* Reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings
* Producing high-quality components to precise specifications
* Conducting basic inspection and quality checks
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
? What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a CNC Miller (setting/operating/programming)
* Background in precision engineering or high-spec manufacturing
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Strong attention to detail and quality standards
* Experience with Fanuc, Heidenhain, or Siemens controls (desirable)
