ABOUT THE ROLE

Salary: £12.38 P/H
HOURS: Part time - 20 Hours (Including weekend days)
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Be a consistently friendly and professional point of contact for all guests, following protocols via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
2. Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to assist with requests, maintaining a proactive approach at all times.
3. Support Front of House and serve as an all-rounder for guest services.
4. Develop in-depth knowledge of operating systems including PMS (Opera), ResDiary, MindBody, and Microsoft Office.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and guest experience across the business.
6. Process payments accurately, confidently, and discreetly.
7. Maintain a positive and energetic attitude, contributing to a pleasant working environment.
8. Adapt to a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible with a wide range of duties, including administrative and operational tasks.
9. Keep all front office areas clean and tidy throughout shifts, including company vehicles.
10. Be punctual and impeccably groomed for every shift.
11. Show flexibility in your approach, assisting other areas of the business as needed.
12. Represent the brand as an ambassador, demonstrating knowledge about the Bamford Collection.
13. Drive social and environmental initiatives, contributing to our B Corp journey and sustainability vision.
14. Inspire and empower customers, suppliers, and partners to live and work more consciously, creating a positive global impact.
