A day in the life of a Murphy Civil/ Structural Project Engineer
Provide expertise in Civil / Structural elements within Gas industry projects
Leading Civil / Structural aspects of multi-discipline projects from concept through to completion
Assist with the development of the Civil / structural work scope, delivery strategy and programme
Assist with the development and review of Civil / Structural designs in accordance with project programme.
Management of installation and Inspection / Testing requirements
Able to challenge technical specifications.
Development and management of Inspection and Testing documentation
Co-ordination of key stakeholders to achieve a successful delivery of various projects
Attend and lead discipline specific meetings with key stakeholders and sub-contractors
Collaborate with the supply chain partners’ requirements and incorporate into the project programme

Good knowledge of Civil, Structures, and Structural Steelwork.
Good knowledge of design, process safety, and procurement.
Ability to manage and coordinate Civil / Structural aspects of large EPC projects.
Preferably relevant Engineering degree qualified, minimum HNC
