We are recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor for our client based in Milton Keynes. Were looking for an experienced and driven Warehouse Shift Supervisor to join a busy and fast-paced operations team. In this role, you will take responsibility for leading a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring all daily tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest company standards. Key Responsibilities:: Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including goods-in, picking, packing, and dispatch Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations Monitor productivity, quality, and performance targets Conduct shift handovers and maintain clear communication across departments Assist with training new staff and support ongoing team development Manage inventory accuracy and assist with stock control activities Resolve issues quickly and effectively to maintain smooth warehouse operations About You: Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Solid understanding of warehouse processes and safety procedures Confident using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic IT programs Positive attitude with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Whats on offer: Competitive salary Opportunities for training and career progression A supportive and collaborative team environment Hours of work: 07:00 - 15:30 (including 30 min unpaid break) - Includes a Saturday 12:30 - 21:00 (including 30 min unpaid break) Apply now if you have the skills and background Quality Personnel acting as an Employment Agency & Business (rated as one of the top 3 Agencies in Milton Keynes for the 6th year running!).
