Qualifications: • Previous experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role is desirable. • Understanding of a range of special educational needs and support strategies. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting learners. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a school setting.
