Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone and email Prepare accurate and timely quotations Select the correct products based on customer requirements Build rapport and maintain strong client relationships Liaise with customers, Area Sales Managers and the management team Monitor and feedback market trends and customer insights Use CRM, accounting and sizing software (training provided) Identify your own training needs to support ongoing career development Support the wider business with any additional duties as required Promote and follow company Health & Safety policies Person Specification Qualifications & Knowledge Engineering qualification (ONC / HNC / BEng)

- desirable Experience Previous experience in a similar internal sales, technical support or customer service role
