Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally. Conduct market research and customer analysis to strengthen accounts. Who You Are: Minimum 2 years’ B2B sales and account management experience. Confident, professional, and persuasive on the phone. Committed, organised, and detail-oriented. Strong IT skills; quick to learn new systems. Excellent verbal and written communication. Experience selling care, office, or catering products is a plus.
