The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a bench hand joiner and experience working on bespoke projects. Key Responsibilities: * Craft and assemble wooden components and structures with precision. * Interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce accurate work. * Operate various joinery machinery and tools safely and efficiently. * Ensure high-quality finishes on all projects. * Maintain a clean and organised workspace. * Work collaboratively with the team to meet production deadlines. * Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
