We now have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, proactive and detail‑focused Delivery Support Coordinator - Compliance. About the Role
As a Delivery Support Coordinator - Compliance, you will play a central role in supporting our national Delivery team to ensure accurate, high‑quality compliance data and the smooth operation of key Hard FM compliance activities. You'll be responsible for coordinating the flow of essential information, monitoring performance against SLAs, and helping the team identify and address issues before they escalade. A key aspect of your role will involve managing the jeopardy process for non‑connected supplier work, ensuring tasks are monitored, chased, and resolved quickly and efficiently to maintain service excellence for our customers. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong organisation, excellent communication, and the confidence to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders across a matrix management environment.

You are a detail‑driven, organised coordinator who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and playing a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly. You bring curiosity, initiative, and pride in getting things right first time.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting Hard FM compliance activities by maintaining accurate data, evidence, and documentation to NHSPS quality standards.
* Monitoring performance, tracking SLA delivery, and highlighting any deviations to the national Delivery team to support early intervention and improvement.
* Managing jeopardy processes for non‑connected supplier work, ensuring tasks are progressed, escalated, and completed in a timely manner.
* Coordinating multiple activities simultaneously and ensuring all administrative processes are followed consistently.
* Using CAFM and workflow systems to manage tasks, reporting, and compliance activities.
* Preparing reports, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous improvement of compliance processes.
* Building and maintaining effective working relationships across Delivery, Hard FM, and wider operational teams.
* Supporting change activity and new process implementation where required.
* Upskill colleagues by developing and delivering environmental training.
* Manage third‑party vendors, ensuring timely delivery of work and achievement of project milestones.
* Undertake any compliance‑related tasks or projects delegated by the Senior Environmental Compliance Manager.
* Experience working with property management, CAFM, or workflow systems.
* Can handle routine tasks and social interactions within a work environment. Ability to absorb policy and guidance necessary for the role.
Where You'll Be
This is a hybrid role, a 10‑month fixed‑term contract. Working part time (22.5 hours per week) with flexibility available around your working pattern.
