We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Temporary Receptionist to join our team and provide front desk support.
As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
2. Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
3. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
4. Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
5. Perform general administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
5. Ability to work independently
