At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Learning Coach Vocational and SIA Trainer to join their expanding team based in the Northwest. This is a full-time permanent position working across multiple sites in Manchester, delivering high quality training and coaching to adult learners, supporting them to achieve qualifications and progress into sustainable employment. What you will be doing: • Manage and support a caseload of learners, carrying out regular reviews and interventions • Deliver engaging training sessions in SIA security and vocational programmes, teaching conflict management, physical intervention, emergency response, first aid, operational security, CCTV.
