Location: London
Contract: 4 8 hrs/week (11am11pm) | Immediate Start
Youll support the Head Chef in running a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen. Lead services, mentor junior chefs, and uphold standards of speed, flavour, and presentation across dine-in, delivery, and takeaway.
Key responsibilities
Run the pass during peak service; set pace and standards for the line
Train, coach, and onboard junior chefs to house standards
Oversee daily prep, station checks, and service readiness
Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control
Manage stock counts, ordering, and waste reduction
Ensure HACCP, allergen management, and EHO compliance
Support rota planning, briefs/debriefs, and kitchen communication
About you Proven experience in high-volume, quality-focused kitchens (CDP/Jnr Sous or above)
Calm, organised, and reliable under pressure
Confident leading the pass and developing others
Strong communicator and true team player
Passionate about sustainable sourcing and premium ingredients
Essentials Right to work in the UK
Availability for 48 hours/week, typically 11am11pm on a rota
Immediate or short-notice start preferred
