An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Team Manager within Warrington Community CYPMHS.
The successful applicant will work full-time, supporting a rapidly developing Warrington CYPMHS service. You will be part of an MDT, including Clinical Psychologists, Mental Health nurses, Psychological therapists, Psychiatrists, Social Workers, and more.
As part of the Warrington CYPMHS leadership team, you will be supported to deliver an excellent service alongside a Deputy Team Manager, Clinical Lead, and Advanced Clinical Practitioner.
The post holder will have managerial responsibility for the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS), overseeing referral management, access, assessment of need, and care delivery within the iTHRIVE model.
You will operate as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team and be flexible in travel to fulfill duties.
You will be responsible for assessing care needs, developing, implementing, and evaluating care programs, and setting standards within your team.
While aligned to Community CAMHS Service, you may work across all divisional sites to meet service needs, providing response to physical and mental health clinical teams as directed by the Service Manager to ensure continuity of quality service.
