Job Overview

Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7.00am - 10.00pm

UK Notional hourly rate £13.10 per hour

Role Summary

Join our team, and you’ll become an expert advisor. An inspiration as well as a guide. The person who gets to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, of course, as will things like managing stock, setting up displays, and making sure your store looks great. You’ll have the opportunity to be trained in paint‑mixing and cutting timber, but truly great customer service will be your main aim.


Responsibilities

* Provide expert sales advice to customers to help them achieve their home improvement goals.
* Manage stock and ensure accurate inventory levels.
* Set up displays and keep the store well organised and appealing.
* Support product knowledge through training in paint‑mixing and timber cutting.
* Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.


Qualifications & Skills

* Friendly and outgoing with a passion for home improvement.
* Strong team‑player who enjoys working collaboratively.
* Flexible availability to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
* Open to learning new technologies and ways of working.
