Your new role
As Seniormunications Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering high‑quality internalmunications across a large and diverse employee base. You will partner closely with senior leaders to support strategic priorities and ensure key messages land effectively across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading internalms planning and delivery for business‑critical moments
2. Developing clear, engaging messaging and content for employees
3. Supportingmunications for senior leadership and Executive‑level updates
4. Driving employee engagement throughpelling campaigns and storytelling
5. Collaborating across functions to align messaging and ensure consistency
6. Advising stakeholders on best‑practicemunications approaches
This is a hands‑on position suited to someone who is confident working with senior stakeholders and able to thrive in a fast‑moving,plex environment.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need:
7. Proven experience in internalmunications and employee engagement
8. Exceptional writing and content creation skills
9. Strong stakeholder management at senior level
10. The ability to plan, manage and delivermunications end‑to‑end
11. Experience within a large, multinational orplex environment
12. Creative thinking, strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
