We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Desk Coordinator to support and manage the day-to-day operations of our Fire and Security clients' team. This full-time role involves coordinating engineer schedules, handling service requests, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
* Log and manage service requests via phone and email
* Schedule and dispatch engineers based on urgency and location
* Coordinate daily diaries and logistical support
* Communicate with clients, providing updates and resolving queries
* Support engineers and ensure equipment is ordered and booked
* Schedule services, quoted works, faults, and revisits
* Close completed jobs and assist with reporting
* Log complaints and assist with key account support
* Follow service procedures and suggest process improvements
This role requires strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

* Experience using Simpro (essential)
* Experience working within the Fire and Security industry
