We are looking to welcome a highly organised and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our Projects team. Initially based in our Ladbrooke Grove site, the ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a proactive approach to managing office tasks.
This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our site, providing support to both staff and management while maintaining a professional environment for the team and our subcontractors.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organisation.
* Handle incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing as necessary.
* Controlling the numbering, filing, sorting and retrieval or electronic stored or hard copy documentation produced by the team.
* Provide clerical support, including typing correspondence, preparing/collating reports and scanning.
* Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents.
* Coordinate meetings and manage schedules for the site team as required.
* Assisting in delivery and reporting of KPI's.
Qualifications
* Proven office experience with a focus on administrative duties.
* Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other applications.
* Familiar with Asite.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Previous clerical experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with office procedures.
* A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
