About the Role Support children, young people, and families through complex circumstances , focusing on safety, stability, and wellbeing. Contribute to care planning that enhances education, emotional wellbeing, and long-term outcomes . Work as part of a multi-agency network , ensuring effective safeguarding and decision-making.
