Your new employer has developed a high-quality insurance service designed to support the needs of niche Property Owners throughout the UK. As this offering becomes increasingly popular with clients, growth and expansion have surpassed expectations.
They are now looking for highly motivated insurance professionals with experience in Private Clients/HNW Account Handling to help drive plans for continued growth. Trading with a wide range of leading UK insurers, they have developed bespoke products tailored to client needs and possess high levels of underwriting authority and control.
The Role
1. Private Clients/HNW Account Handler
2. Providing outstanding customer service to clients and building strong relationships with clients and insurer partners
3. Handling enquiries, quotations, MTA’s, and renewals
4. Recording relevant information, correspondence, and documentation on their system
5. Contributing to and working with the wider team to achieve business goals, including revenue and loss ratio objectives
The ideal individual will have
1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Household and Personal Lines, ideally in Non-standard and HNW
2. Good technical insurance skills
3. Ability to work independently
4. Ability to assess and respond appropriately to individual client understanding
5. Computer skills including Excel, Word, & Outlook; Acturis experience is desirable but not essential
