The Role: Behavioural and Developmental Support
As a member of our founding team, you will act as a bridge between education and therapy. You will work within a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT), putting theory into practice every day.

Applied Behavioural Support: Utilise positive reinforcement and de:escalation strategies to help students regulate their emotions.
*
Neurodiversity Advocacy: Apply your understanding of social communication and sensory processing to adapt environments for individual student profiles.
*
Data and Observation: Assist in monitoring student progress, providing qualitative feedback that informs Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and therapeutic interventions.
*
Relational Approach: Build secure attachments with students, using trauma:informed practices to foster a safe learning environment.
