About the Role - Year 5 Teacher – KS2 Teacher:
As a Year 5 Teacher (KS2) at Bexley Primary School, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education to our Year 5 students. You will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of your students, ensuring they achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities:
Delivering the KS2 curriculum with a focus on Year 5
Planning and preparing engaging and challenging lessons
Assessing and monitoring student progress
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience
Participating in school events and extracurricular activities
Year 5 Teacher – KS2 Teacher -Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum, particularly Year 5
Excellent classroom management skills
Ability to inspire and motivate students
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to continuous professional development
