Overview
We are seeking two skilled Office Administrators to join our team in managing the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidates will be organised, detail-oriented, and proficient in office administration tasks.
Hours of work: You will be required to be available between 8 am and 5.30 pm Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays from 8.30 am to 3pm.
Duties
- Computerising and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Excel
- Conducting clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when handling calls
- Utilising Microsoft Office for various office tasks
- Meeting face to face with customers
Experience
The successful candidates should possess:
- Proven experience in an office administration role
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for financial record-keeping
- Excellent data entry skills
- Familiarity with administrative tasks and procedures
- Competency in utilising Microsoft Office for office productivity
