Salary:
$70,000 - $85,000 (Depending on Experience)
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for the daily coordination and performance of a warehouse team. From picking and packing to inwards/outwards goods and inventory management, you'll ensure workflows are smooth, safe, and efficient across every shift, every time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead by example to drive productivity, safety, and a positive team culture.
* Supervise and support your team across all warehouse functions.
* Monitor performance metrics and help the team hit daily KPIs.
* Identify training needs and upskill team members.
* Coordinate shift planning, task allocation, and problem-solving on the go.
* Ensure all safety and compliance standards are met or exceeded.
* Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager on process improvements and operational strategies.
What You Bring:
* Proven experience as a Warehouse Team Leader, Senior Warehouse Operative, or similar.
* Confident communicator with strong leadership and motivational skills.
* A practical understanding of warehouse operations, systems, and health & safety practices.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, inventory management software, and communication tools.
* Current Forklift Licence (OSH).
* Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
