Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ – 2 Years PQE) – Sevenoaks


We are seeking a bright and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-regarded practice in Sevenoaks. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with up to two years’ post-qualification experience to develop their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:


* Acting on a range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and landlord & tenant work.
* Providing high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base, including corporate clients, developers, and private individuals.
* Supporting senior lawyers on complex transactions and projects.
* Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial agreements and contracts.


Candidate Requirements:


* Qualified solicitor with 0–2 years’ PQE in commercial property.
* Strong academic record and solid understanding of commercial property law.
* Excellent attention to detail, communication, and drafting skills.
* Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
* Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service.
